Part of the Folklore Collection, February Snow Moon is an original painting on raw canvas, painted in inks to preserve the natural texture of the canvas and give a tapestry like feel.
 
Named by Native Americans, this full moon occurs during the time of year when snowfall is common in February. This full moon symbolises endurance and transformation, serving as another indicator of the approaching Spring.
 
Size approximately 12cm x 12cm including raw edges or approximately 11cm x 11cm painted edge to painted edge. 
 
These paintings look beautiful framed with the raw edges on show but also look equally lovely framed with a matte hide the edges.
